- APEX Filler Room Supervisor will perform a series of assigned duties in accordance with established GMP and SOP expectations, coordinating the daily activities of an assigned workforce to ensure the effective and safe operation of production equipment while at the same time maximizing production to meet the high demand of customers.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months-one year of related experience.

Job Duties:
- Review production , maintenance and shipping timetables, as well as other related information; congers with department supervisors to coordinate daily work activities.
- Monitor break, lunch and vacation schedules for assigned work force.
- Reviews employee performance.
- Works with Quality Assurance personnel to ensure that product is within quality and customer specifications, and that operations are meeting set specifications.

- Operates plant controls and communicates shift information to ensure efficient flow and proper attention to process control.

Requirements:

- Research Scientist is responsible for product and process development and improvement activities for assigned projects
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as Research Scientist, Food Technologist, Product Developer or similar position.
- Experience with planning, organizing and leading experiments for plant / product development from concept to commercialization
- Developing and implementing sensory testing and other analytical testing procedures, including frameworks for research and development and quality assurance information and research needs
- Utilizing analytical techniques including sodium measurement, Brix pH, titratable acidity (TA) and chromatographic methods (HPLC and GC) for quantitative determination of food macro and micro components
- Designing tests and developing cost effective strategies for implementing and evaluating tests and test groups.
- Rheology, composition, analysis, processes, regulations and applied mathematics
- Chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and chemical processes and unit operation.
